The EU-funded GenB project will involve several other EU projects and initiatives. The project’s overall objective is to inspire and encourage youth and future generations to be aware, sensitive and interested on environmental issues, sustainability and circularity. In cooperation with young people, parents and teachers, GenB will co-create resources like toolkits on bioeconomy and bio-based sectors. To maximise its impacts, GenB will widely engage society, create synergies with other initiatives and consolidate its education model.
The core activities of the project are represented by a Bioeconomy education in schools (from primary to high schools).
The outputs of the project are:
• educational toolkits
• library
• new educational materials and models.
